How I work
How I work
I combine medication management with therapy when it helps. No two people are the same, so treatment is tailored to you, not pulled from a template.
Most of my patients are seen by video, which makes it easier to fit care into a real life. In-person visits are available at both offices when that works better for you.
I treat anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, and women's mental health, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and supportive therapy alongside medication.

Both offices are quiet, wooded settings with handicap accessibility and private entrances. Most visits happen by video; the offices are there when you want them.
